Feb. 26-28, 2027 |
Please fill out a separate form for EACH student you are sending to camp (this will help us better track the payments and costs of camp).
Cost information for Winter Camp:
With gas, snacks, and food on the way home all factored in, camp comes to about $300 per student (DON’T PANIC!)
We will be fundraising to bring this cost down, starting with the car wash on October 10th. We will also be doing Caramel Apple sales in October, Cookie Boxes in January/February, and probably another Car Wash in January.
Our goal is to raise enough so that the cost per student is between $175-$200.
‘Scholarships’ = fundraising, just to be clear. If you need financial help with camp, we ask that your student participate in fundraising as much as possible. Students who participate in fundraisers will receive more help with their camp costs than those who do not.
Your $50 deposit also applies to the total cost.
Our heart is that every student who wants to attend camp would be able to, and that money would not stand in the way of that; please reach out to me personally at 760-408-7079 if you have further questions about this.
